The winners of the 2013 National Magazine Awards were announced on May 2, at the American Society of Magazine Editors’ annual award presentation in New York.
The Highlights
- New York was named Magazine of the Year.
- The Atlantic, New York, and Texas Monthly each won two awards.
- National Geographic won four awards, including two for digital media.
- Two digital-only publications, Pitchfork and Slate, won awards.
