The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is fast approaching. Is your compliance house in order?

  • Identify and document all data elements.
  • Evaluate privacy risks.
  • Have a lawful basis for processing users’ data.
  • Maintain an approved partner list.
  • Have a process for identifying and reporting data breaches.
  • Clearly inform users of data collection processes.
