Adobe MAX 2020: Creativity is Nourished by Tough Times
Yesterday saw the beginning of Adobe MAX 2020 with the keynote given by Shantanu Narayen, Chairman, President & CEO and Scott Belsky, Chief Product Officer (with a sprinkling of Conan O’Brien humor.) The theme was a poignant acknowledgement of both the world’s pandemic and social unrest and the notion that “Now more than ever the world needs creativity” was the perfect introduction to the product and feature demonstrations that were shown.
The virtual conference hosted half a million viewers. The look and feel of this event was strange–no audience, no loud music, no live demonstrations. However, the excitement surrounding the latest products and new features was palpable. There is still one more day’s worth of sessions and most sessions will be available On Demand. Go to Adobe MAX 2020 for more information.
New products include Adobe Illustrator for the iPad and several new mobile apps including Photoshop Express, Photoshop Camera, and Adobe Spark. Creative Cloud libraries have additional collaborative features and Photoshop never disappoints with its new features including Neural Filters and Sky Replacement.
