At Condé Nast’s annual publishers meeting this past week, several women in leadership roles were recognized for their success in helping to grow the company’s bottom line in 2012.

According to Adweek, the highest honors went to Agnes Chapski, Vice President and Publisher at Allure. Chapski earned the award for Outstanding Business Performance for having guided the magazine through a year in which it led in total ad revenue growth, print ad profit growth, and total ad profit growth at Condé Nast, as well as a doubling of operating profits.

Vogue Vice President and Publisher Susan Plagemann took third place for Outstanding Business Performance. Plagemann, who received top honors last year, was also the recipient of a new award, the Three-Year Plan award, for “building record levels of profitability and growth.”

Additional honorees included Suzanne Reinhardt, Fairchild Fashion Media’s Vice President of Finance and Operations, who was named the business unit’s Corporate Executive of the Year.
