This week, Fortune magazine announced a promotion for Patricia Sellers. According to an announcement sent out to staff, her new titles include Senior Editor at Large, Executive Director of MPW/Live Content at Time Inc., and Executive Director of Fortune‘s annual Most Powerful Women Summit.

According to MinOnline, “she is also being tasked with the creation of new editorial ventures, specifically live events and conferences at other Time Inc. titles and cooperative ventures between Time Inc. titles.” In addition, The New York Observer reports that she “will continue writing profiles for Fortune, and writing her blog for the website.”

Sellers was previously Editor at Large at Fortune and Co-Chair of the Most Powerful Women Summit. She has been with the magazine since 1984.

The next Most Powerful Women Summit is scheduled for this October in Washington, D.C.
